Do I need a developer for setup?
No. ShopiPixel is installed via the Shopify App Store and sets up tracking automatically — without any code changes to your theme. You connect platforms with a click in the settings.
What happens to my existing tracking setup?
ShopiPixel brings its own tracking: a dedicated web pixel plus server-side capture, internally deduplicated via shared event IDs. You should uninstall other tracking apps or manually added pixels so conversions aren't counted twice. Switching takes just a few minutes — your historical data in Meta, Google & co. stays fully intact.
Can ShopiPixel be used in a GDPR-compliant way?
ShopiPixel is designed for GDPR-compliant use: German servers, DPA included, PII hashing before every transmission. You manage your shop visitors' consent as usual through your consent tool — ShopiPixel respects the consent signals.
How flexible is cancellation?
Billing runs monthly via Shopify Billing. You can end the Free plan at any time. Paid plans have a minimum term of one billing period (30 days) and can be cancelled at the end of the period — a plan change is possible at any time.
