Your data deserves comprehensive protection. We rely on established security standards, German infrastructure and consistent data protection.
Encryption
All sensitive data is protected with state-of-the-art encryption. Each store receives its own encryption key so that credentials are never stored in plain text. Communication is exclusively via TLS-secured connections.
Server Location Germany
ShopiPixel runs on German servers in certified data centers. All tracking and customer data stays in Germany. Optional AI analyses process only anonymous, aggregated metrics. Minimal latency for the DACH region.
Privacy by Design
Personal data is automatically cryptographically pseudonymized before storage. We only store information that is strictly necessary for conversion tracking. IP addresses are not permanently stored.
Strict Data Isolation
Each store is strictly isolated from other stores. Strict data separation ensures that no store can ever access data from another store. This applies to events, credentials and all stored information.
Audit Logging
All security-relevant operations are logged: credential changes, billing operations, GDPR requests and all data access. The logs survive even account deletion and ensure full traceability in accordance with GDPR Art. 5(2).
Privacy by Design
ShopiPixel is designed for GDPR-compliant use. We offer an automatic Data Processing Agreement (DPA), support data subject rights (access, deletion, data portability) and document all processing activities transparently.
Encrypted Backups
Daily encrypted backups are automatically saved to German storage systems. In an emergency, data can be quickly restored. Backup retention is 30 days.
Insured & Protected
ShopiPixel is professionally insured for liability and cyber risks with Hiscox. In the unlikely event of an error or security incident, you are covered by our insurance.
24/7 Monitoring
Our infrastructure is monitored around the clock. We are immediately notified of anomalies or outages. You can check the current system status at any time on our status page .
