This accessibility statement applies to the publicly accessible website at shopipixel.de and shopipixel.com (the English-language version of the same website) and the Shopify app ShopiPixel.
2. Accessibility Status
The website and app are partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
3. Non-Accessible Content
The following areas are currently not fully accessible:
- Dashboard Charts: Interactive charts in the app dashboard may not be fully operable with screen readers. Tabular alternatives are provided.
- Color Contrasts: All text and information-bearing content meets the required contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1. Purely decorative, non-informative design elements may have lower contrast (permitted under WCAG 1.4.3).
- Keyboard Navigation: The website and app are keyboard-operable, with visible focus indicators and a coherent focus order. In individual complex interactive areas of the app, focus handling can be further optimized.
4. Preparation of This Statement
This statement was prepared on February 1, 2026 based on a self-assessment and was last reviewed and updated in July 2026 as part of the website relaunch. The assessment is based on a manual review of website and app functionality as well as automated tests.
The statement is regularly reviewed and updated.
